It's the Mysterons with an 'S' thank you. :)

Yeah well, I let it slip but hell, we're not the only band that night. There's a little known good time blues band called Mojo Vibe who I hear are quite a live wire of energy and riffery.

I also have it on good authority that they'll be practicing in public down at Deschlers again tomorrow night. I'm heading down to heckle if anybody wants to join me. :P

But yeah, save it for Saturday niight and see both bands in a decent venue. Two bars and a fine selection of beer and spirits to help you appreciate the music on show.

:D

Awesome :D

There are a few Mysterons bands dotted around the world but we have 3 or 4 significant points that set us apart.

1. We started in 1983. Nyah nyah got there first. :P
2. We did the psycho-billy phase back in '83, pre-dating the rise of the cramps, stray cats and all those other variations.
3. Fran is definitely one of the hotter Mysterons of the world. But overall, we're sexier by far. (But don't get any ideas about our Sophie. She's my big cousin's little girl and besides, none of you are worthy)
4. We're here. ;)

So Bluezgeek, will you be flying back in time to get plastered across the back wall of the Classic?

the cramps

i remember back then when i was called an anarchy hippy (amongst other things) by skinheads at flinders st stn,
my friend DANZA pointed out who in fact were the more homoerotic croud there that day (night 3am)
an aboriginal man with a string around his neck tied to a lighter saved us by pulling people out of a cab waiting at the lights, pushing us in

but that was 86

but it felt like 83

i still hum the riffs, can you download the riff to drug train
