Acoustic Gig

Post by Kristie »

Meeeee! Playing solo! OMG scary! You all better come along to hold my hand :D

Michelle will be joining me for a couple of Amperzahn favorites.

I will be playing a PURPLE guitar!

(Cereal Killer, I thought I was playing with YOU's but there's been some kind of confusion and looks like we're not. Awwww :( )

Hurdy Gurdy.... some how... and I'm not entirely certain how mind you, an instrument that sounds like someone has shoved a nest of angry hornets into a goose with a kazoo bill and is randomly slapping the poor creature with an accordion.... Sounds amazing.

You are :)

The confusion is I was talking to Christina at the Glam rock show, and she said yous were playing on the same night as me for this, and we came up with this great plan to play something six-hands on the piano with Michelle too. 8) Are you guys playing the acoustic gig again a different night? Might try and sort something out with Christina anyway

Ok, lineup change... and look... the new poster doesn't say "proudly presently" Nice one Tory!

To recap....

FREE ENTRY

@ The Crib - 151 Ponsonby Road Auckland, from about 6pm onwards

This is like my first ever solo performance, I'll probably make some really embarrassing stuff ups - don't miss it

Its not enough that we succeed, we still need others to fail

Shouting sausage roll is compulsory

Try to time it with my mistakes so everyone is distracted and doesn't notice me stuffing up haha
