Yeah, looks like my only option is the scout hall. The lineup's been confirmed for months but I've only recently found the time to start looking for a venue. There's a desperate need for a central city All Ages venue, and I'm in talks with a few interested people that might lead to one being eventually started up. I'll give a go at all the suggestions you guys have offered anyway, so cheers.

You could also try Osborne Street http://www.osbornestreet.co.nz in Newmarket.
They aren't strictly an all ages as far as I am aware but they do have a large back room with a stage, you'd have to supply PA (as far as I am aware).
At this late stage I would ring them and explain yourself rather than email too.
