It was an all day metal concert and then these guys came on. I think crowd was not really feeling like listening to a pop band after 5 hour of thrash.

Nah but seriously, you must be pretty keen if you pay to go slag someone off. Specially if it was a nickelback show? God, imagine sitting thru the 'wannabe' opening acts, just to throw a few rocks at chad kroeger... Oh man that would be so sweet, I could actually replace coffee in the morning with stoning CK.

one I like Nickleback and two you suck when this happens.

but I bet they were real down after that show i'm sure weve all played crap gigs but in front of that many people.

I think it was just bad form to line up Nicklelback, the premeire "commercial-rock" band in the world today with a bunch of metal groups. I kinda feel sorry for the group, despite the fact I don't like their music (just seems quite generic), though I can appreciate the fact they've done well in their niche market. I'd blame the management for letting that one getting the go ahead in the first place.

Agreed, the rock throwing is a bit over the top, but Nickelback getting booed off the stage and having it all captured on video...priceless

Bands like that should stick to playing their music to crowds of 16-35yo women and guys that like to think they're hard...

There isthis footage of Sting back in the old Police days pointing out someone in the crowd and saying "I'm coing to get you"...and he tries to get the boncers to pull this dude out...quite funny...good on Nicleback for saying screw you and walking off. No one deserves that.
