M-audio budget studio monitors

Post by quyet »

Don't bother with them. Specifically the BX range.

I've been though two pairs (the first pair failed) in three weeks. First exchange was for a Mackie pair. They have an inherent hiss, so also took them back. Replacement M-audio started distorting last week - just the master speaker, the satellite is still clear. Rubbish product.

Looks like I'm going to spill some more cash and try Presonus?

My Eris 4.5s get a ton of use, mostly music listening but they've been flawless!
