Bottom line. They are shit. I had a Korg rackmount tuner which went all funny - the L.E.Ds were all working on their own, and it was telling me I was playing a note when my bass wasn't even plugged in!

I found out through a friend that Music Planet is the showroom for South Pacific Distribution who brings in Korg, so I took it to Music Planet to get fixed. I knew it wasn't going to be an instant process, but I didn't expect the repair to take 5 months! I made about 3 phone calls, and I had to get pretty shitty at them on the third call for them to do anything about it! The next day I got a call to say it was repaired and it was a simple component that converts audio to visual.

I'm glad I don't need/want a HIWATT amp or a Spector bass because there's NO WAY I'd ever consider going back there.
