Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and he'll spend thousands on fishing equipment he'll use for a bit, then get bored and move onto something else.

Well shit,,, that is genre-bending. If I’m not mistaken, this passes the Strummer's test for what defines an offset…. technically. But HSH and flamed blue maple too. Wtf genre is that?

I love it.

Don't think so. It's no more offset than a conventional Strat.

I disagree, the Suhr standard yes is similar to a Strat, but mine is a Suhr Modern and it is an offset

You guys need to agree on an offset angle first. Imo anything less than 3 degrees is a manufacturing defect. Anything more might be an offset.

I think the illustration above tells us all we need to know. The narrowest points of a Strat body are not 100% aligned if you look very closely, but only by about a bee's dick – not enough for it to be an offset design. The Suhr Modern looks to me to be asymmetrical below the bridge in a way not dissimilar to a Jaguar or Jazzmaster, but that asymmetry not the defining feature of an offset body style. (If it were then, by that rationale, a Mustang isn't an offset, but a Mustang very much is because its waist is significantly angled). The waist of the Suhr modern is hardly more offset than that of a regular Strat, therefore it's not an offset body shape, soz.
