Is there a standard ? Does the white internal wire go to the topmost ring (in this view) or to the longer tab?

Resoldering to input jack - help!
The wires broke off the input jack on my Ibanez Talman - but I'm unsure which way to solder them back on.
Is there a standard ? Does the white internal wire go to the topmost ring (in this view) or to the longer tab?
If anyone could help, that'd be much appreciated!

Yes that is correct, and the bare wire being the ground connection
