Slug tape

This is rediculous. Just plugged In To the excelsior, wound up to around 10pm, with delay and reverb pedal, held guitar up to ceiling light with fingers off strings...quiet !!absurd! Why didn't I do this years ago....arghhhhhh

Said slug tape seems to be difficult to find in Masterton! Would anyone be able to get me some and send it up to me? I'm happy to pay of course

I bought the tape, but I'm really lacking the motivation to actually put it in my bass guitar!

yeah I bought some 2 days ago. Now just have to get the motivation to pull a guitar apart to put it in......or I could just build another one

My advice is to involve beer. Trying to slug tape shield a guitar without it would be a stupid, stupid thing to do.

I finally got some slug tape and put it on. Works a treat. Guitar is no longer a noise issue, but it has highlighted that I'm getting some noise from my pedals. I swear my guitar sounds slightly muscle-ier now for some reason
