First post in a while...
I have a Norlins Era Les Paul Custom with Gibson stamped tuners, like this
I'm having tuning stability issues and some of the tuners are slipping.
Does anyone have recommendations for replacements? Hopefully something that looks similar and won't require modifications to install, maybe locking tuners to help with tuning issues.

Re: Locking Tuners
Sperzals. They work great but look bad.
Have you ruled out everything else?
Broken out the lube stick?

Re: Locking Tuners
I think I've isolated it to tuners, it's got a graphite nut and nothing's catching there. A couple of the tuners feel like they're stripping when I try to tune them.

I have a set of locking Grover Rotomatics in nickel if that would work. They're great.

Re: Locking Tuners
I have gotoh's locking kluson's on my LP. Apart from a slot in the front, they look identical to the originals, they work perfectly too.
Might not be bling enough for a custom though.
Magnum lock, same as these ones http://adephazy.com/2012/11/22/gotoh-ma ... -les-paul/
I asked Adrian what the best locking tuners for an LP were, and thats what he recommended
