I'm hoping one of my learned colleagues, withing this esteemed organisation, can help me with my woe's.
I have installed a GFS humbucker https://www.guitarfetish.com/KP--Lil-Pu ... 21968.html
I have obviously got the wiring wrong, but am not sure where..duh.
The middle position on the 3 way selector is out of phase and the bridge position is not very 'grunty".

Remove one of the hot leads? So just have the red?

Red to switch
Black and bare to ground (back of the volume pot)
Tape off white and don't solder it to anything.
If it's still out of phase in the middle position, swap black and red.

Where is the green wire ?
Black and shield should go to the back of the pot.
Red and White should be joined together and taped off.
Green should go to the switch.
EDIT: ah... I see you are using a Kwikplug.... follow the advice above.

Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...
