Strummers knows a place to source the plastic if you're happy cutting it yourself.

Andries Vorster might do it. You could ask. Dunno if he has the pickguard material though?

Thanks for that. I’ve taken my guitars to Andreas before, he’s a good bloke will give him a try.

Thanks that’d be great if you could post the place to get the plastic?
Cheers

You expect a dude with 3 posts to know who Strummers is?
When faced with quality, I recognise it every time.

I'm not sure that I truly know who Strummers is.

stewmac sells pickguard blanks. They aren't easy to make without the correct tooling, especially if you want a bevel on them.
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

You could try Engravers like these people https://www.emblems.co.nz/
Easier if you provided a DXF image or what ever format suited them - be quite clear in what you want. If you look at the site there are samples of types of material available I think.
Guitar orientated owner too.

If you want to get really fancy and bespoke, I just used this guy to make a custom pickguard for my N6. https://www.instagram.com/indra_guitars/?hl=en

He mostly works with metal and does artsy engraving. Was decent to deal with. I haven't received the actual guard yet though so I can't speak to the quality but his work certainly looks good online.

Yep, Sandy at Emblems NZ has made a couple of pickguards for me. And printed some designs on pedals. Would recommend.

Well you're here now. Welcome! :D
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.
