Pakehendrix and The Scarecrow hunt a four-stringing magician

Post by Pakehendrix »

That's right, the land of Auck is coming to its end, and we need assistance.

We are but two humble axe-wielding minstrels, and are occasionally accompanied by a creature whose specialty is hitting things quite hard. However, his lack of things to practise hitting means he might not be considered one of the brotherhood, yet.

Our quest is to hunt monsters known as Gigs, but have much gaiety along the way. To tame these gigs, our plan is to use a repertoire of Covers. Our faithful Muse will begin, and we will perhaps release an Incubus, followed by the dreaded demon Weezer, and then we will try Smashing some Pumpkins to finish the Gig off. Of course, we plan to recruit from as far away as Mars Volta, and have sent a call to the mystical Lady Gaga and Lionel of Ritchie. The Radioheads and Portisheads may be called upon, too.

To help us on this quest, we are searching for a wizard or witch who has mastery of The Four Strings, or perhaps The Five Strings. This wizard/witch must have good character, and the determination to attend all meetings on time and in the right frame of mind. Some ability as a bard is looked upon kindly, as is mastery of other instruments.

Hark! The hunt has begun!

Entertaining post. I don't think I'm nearly as good at bass as I am at guitar though, sorry. :(

The Atlantic? The one between Europe and America? What's it doing there? :?
