Hi all. Hitting Southpaw is an established hard rock covers and originals band based in Kapiti looking for a new second guitarist to share both lead and rhythm. We play everything from Metallica, Iron Maiden, Tool, ACDC throught to standard pub stuff, eg. Bon Jovi, Bryan Adams, RHCP. We have paid gigs lined up for the not too distant future. Looking for someone responsible and motivated. Must have gear and transport.

I'm a lead guitarist who lives in Kapiti, but it doesn't sound like we belong together. I'm not really a metaller, although I am wearing black jeans today.

Well to be honest it's a bit of a trek for me anyway, but if you need a fill-in at short notice, happy to help out as always. Was just wondering what the situation was since Chris asked me if I was doing the next gig (whenever that is) with you guys.
Btw, was "Scooter" your nickname when you were a teenager or something? I'm totally going to start calling you that
