Where Are All The Drummers?

Hey everyone

My band Corrupted Omen is again seeking a drummer.We had someone who unfortunately backed out.We have recently finished our debut album which we are hoping to get out asap,however,we need someone to drum for us so we can start gigging again.Our style is a blend of traditional heavy metal and thrash metal tinged with a bit of doom,gloom and sarcasm to add variety.We are typically a 3-piece band and like to keep it simple yet effective.Also we are in Christchurch.

Influences include: Metallica, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Dio, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Pantera, Poisonblack, Sentenced, Megadeth, Paradise Lost, Motorhead, Alice In Chains, Black Label Society, Disturbed etc...

great idea...then you could have an evil looking robot type thing sitting behind a drum kit and rig it so the arms move a little and red lasers shoot out of the eyes...now that METAL

I've considered drum machine etc,but the bassist isn't keen on it lol.So onward we search haha.

Got the bad news in the weekend. Gonna be having to look for new rhythm section end of the year. (well, practically means I'll be looking for a new band more like, lol)
