Acoustic musicians or vocalists in Auckland
Hey guys,
I'm a 19 year old guitarist based in Auckland. I play in a metalcore band but I also really enjoy playing finger style/acoustic stuff along the lines of Trace Bundy, Sungha Jung, and the John Butler Trio's kinda stuff.
Just wondering if there are any acoustic musicians or vocalists in Auckland who'd be keen to start something or just get together and jam every now and again, let me know
I'm pretty keen to jam with anyone!
Cheers,
Cam

No worries... It's a bit of an in-joke.cambak wrote:Haha I'm new around here you'll have to excuse me!twistedthoughts wrote:

There's heaps of AKL people that come in and post "musos wanted" stuff without saying where they're actually from.
It's actually refreshing that someone from AKL thought of mentioning that basic bit of info.

That's what frustrates me most, when people post anything without any real detail and I have to admit, most the time that happens it's been Aucklanders but I'd like to think there are a few out there who have a bit of common sense!Vince wrote:No worries... Hi Cam, Are you still looking for vocalists? I'm 28 year old female looking for an acoustic guitarist. Would you play Ed Sheeran, Matt Corby, Ella Eyre type songs, slightly acousti-fied?

Finally have an acoustic again. No idea who the guys in your post are but I'll come have at it.

I mostly play electric but I still keep my old Yamaha FS-310 acoustic lying around.cambak wrote:Hey guys,
