As a Turk, I guess that Turkish Rock Music lags behind in the universal classification. However, I still wonder. Have any of you ever listened to a Turkish guitarist, liked them and thought they were a good guitarist?

I have a Turkish guitar playing friend on facebook, a whole band, good taste in music too.
Not knowingly, but I don't know the nationality of everyone that I listen to, so possibly I have without realising it?

No, sorry. Closest I've got is that I was friendly with one of my college lecturers who told me her husband was a famous Turkish percussionist. Family name Temiz. Never met him though.

I can only think of Muhammed Suiçmez (necrophagist) Great guitarist but not a fan of that style of death metal.
