Yeah, I'm gonna have get over my hollow-body objections. Would love a 594, but I think budget-wise a '70s Japanese archtop copy is probably more feasible.
Good call, I absolutely love my 1981 Ibanez Ritenour semi it's very rare I get a guitar and don't change a single thing on it, everything on that guitar just works. I was really surprised how good those early Japanese copies can be.

I got dibs on that if you ever go mad and sell it.

I'm going for the second being the LP. Never played or owned a PRS however, and I thought clean tones were only for tuning..

Anyhow, the second sorta reminds me more of my LP's for the neck position.
No one ever died of hard work.. but why take the risk..

I think they both sounded good but I'd go for number 1.
1935 Martin D-45, 1942 Gibson Southern Jumbo,1950 Fender Broadcaster, 1954 Fender Strat, 1958 Gibson Moderne prototype, 1959 Gibson Les Paul Standard.
1958 Fender twin, 1965 Vox AC30, 1966 Marshall JTM 45, 1977 Dumble OD Special.
Big black garbage bag full of original Klon Centaurs and TS808s.

These sound glorious...

Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

Now with some crunch and some distortion. And some slightly lazy late-night playing. This new fandangled rock music ain't my thing.

Same guitars (maybe different order), still going into Bias FX. Firstly modelling a Klon into a pushed Twin, then a Big Muff into a BE-100.

I like the neck on #1 and the bridge on #2.

Not much in it though. If I had to choose, it’d be whichever is lighter, because that’s the main factor in picking which guitars come out of the cupboard for a gig.
