long way from home

here's something i've had around for the last couple of months .. I'm pretty happy with it as a demo and want to find the time to set aside and record it properly (not garageband and the pod). not too much widdling and the main emphasis on melody and feel.

Came up with the melody and title while thinking about immediate family who i don't see very often due to being at the other end of the planet, but also strangely reminiscent of Satriani's 'home'

Cool. Very melodic, and I like the tasty stuff in the background; it really enhances the lead line.
