Had to do a double take, the natural light really brings out the red. The other inside picks almost looks like a natural walnut colour.

Very cool.

Sheehan has a very particular fan base and he uses very unique gear. I can see the appeal but wouldn’t chase it myself

Nice! Hows the fuzz sound with bass? does it do the octave thang?

Correct. There's a reason I put up with the extra B string for Tool...it's simply superb to play, always.

It sounds great - I don't really use the octave part for bass but it does sound cool. It'll probably get replaced by a JC fuzz/wah combo, but I am pretty sure JC's fuzz is based on this typology. Only things I dislike about the Foxy is the lack of an indicator light, and how annoying it is to mount to a pedalboard (hence the cable ties).

Ahhhh nice, I bought the Joyo voodoo octave recently, its a clone of the Fulltone Ultimate Octave which is a clone of the Foxy, unfortunately the Fulltone had some of the capacitors in the wrong places so it sounds a bit shit and Joyo cloned this exactly  Thankfully some smart pedal building geeks figured this out and with a few component swaps mine now sounds great!

I'll have to give it a crack with bass :mental:
