Quite like the look of the Tokai 5 on TM
That seller has had some nice gear over the years.
Yeah that's mine. What can I say, I'm a man of impeccable taste.
Years back you had a2EQ Fretless Stingray with a buy now. I went and found Mrs Foal she said go for it get back inside and bang it was gone.

I think you had a black Stingray, numerous Rickenbackers and maybe a Warwick
What are you playing now?

Nope, you've definitely got me confused with someone else. I thought you might have been overstating my previous sales a bit. Never owned a stingray, only owned one ricky and that was years ago in the UK.
Current main squeeze is a Warwick Streamer Stage I.

Suggestions for a "cheapish" bass I can use to record stuff at home? Budget around a grand. Initially thinking along the lines of a Squier. Something half-decent, holds tune OK, won't fall apart and sounds passable in a mix.

I had a warwick rockbass corvette, they crop up secondhand from time to time, sounded great!
I currently have an Artist 5 string, but have replaced almost everything on it to get it to where I want
