Re: Bass effects!
My SGFX order has arrived in Auckland. Please don’t take 17 days to get from there to Otautahi, come on NZ Customs and NZ Post!

Re: Bass effects!
Bought a Red Witch Factotum, second-hand and well priced. The reviews seem pleasant, anyone own, owned or tried?

It awaits my return to the beach.

Nice one. That’s their bass pedal I wanted a whirl on but never seen one local.
Toany (has/had) the Fuzz version as did Snitchnz(?). German guy on the Warwick forum loved his but said the construction was bang average and it stuffed out.
Enjoy!

Re: Bass effects!
Jealous! I'm starting my 25th consecutive 13 hour day and also 25th day since I have picked up a bass guitar
I have found myself occasionally forgetting where I am and momentarily looking for my bass to bang out a groove.
not long to go, and I will have 28 days to invest in creativity.

Yes, 28 on 28 off but also teaching HUET for 4 days on my swing off - the holiday job will buy me a nice acoustic guitar.foal30 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 16, 2023 2:33 pmSounds like a tough gig...what do you do?crowbgood1 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 16, 2023 5:37 amJealous! Re: Bass effects!
Probably need to run it through 18v as an experiment.
I’ve not encountered any headroom issues yet at 9V though but haven’t run all the Basses yet or into the CTM-300
The extra Mids options is a winner. But it’s not quite the same as the original BCP-1
With the SGFX Beta V in front it definitely likes Precision-Flats and Stingray - Flats
