Solidgoldfx Beta through the old big SS Ashdown is great fun.

Tried a fuzz with a Rawk Trio but the bass sound literally disappeared. Will need to investigate further

Thanks.

I’m getting a second wind on the Dreadbox Kinematic presently so no major changes for me presently. I have read great reviews of the H and B Simplifier (one turned up on TM) but it looks to space age for me.

Solidgoldfx have purchased Diamond.

Apparently the 2 brands will remain separate.

I feel some how responsible, had I not got into bass the pedal manufacturers would not have bothered with it as a market

Ran the big valve beast today

Put the pedals through the effects loop

The Solidgoldfx and Dreadbox were awful , as in not useable

The old Brown Boss Flanger sounded like a Million Bucks.

So Overdrive and Compression through the front, time delays through the effects loop for me.

Compression through an effects loop sounds like a hiding to nothing!

Trying this VCA style Compressor on the big board

Seems to play nicely with the other pedals
