14th consecutive 12/14 hour day. I'm exactly halfway through my swing, so 14 days to go. Very full on, highly dynamic work environment to boot.

What to make of this...
Obv not original case but also I cant find any evidence of a 1978 p bass having a gold anodized guard so Im picking this is non original also.

I’d say 70’s neck and either mim body and bits or something like that.

Very much like mine. The old Maxon pups sound great!

Re: Anyone like bass guitars?
Yeah they do, they're actually single coils underneath the faux HB top!
The frets on mine have zero life left and the fretboard is flat (no radius).
If I get the frets done I might get the board radiused to 7.25"

My pups were really microphonic so I had them waxed and made a healthy change.MikeC wrote: ↑Fri Dec 08, 2023 2:17 pmYeah they do, they're actually single coils underneath the faux HB top!

The neck radius is good, the frets are very vintage

Maybe a Gneco is a lawsuit Greco. The plot thickens!

Re: Anyone like bass guitars?
I think "Gneco" is an earlier logo style which was altered to "Greco". They are all Grecos.WellyBlues wrote: ↑Fri Dec 08, 2023 3:42 pmStrings vintage as well?
