Well to be honest I was a little disappointed, it was about 1h30m of interviews with many of the main players of the time, but I was a bit underwhelmed by the content :(

Saw Swervedriver get a namecheck there. I was in band with one time Swervedriver drummer, Jez in Warrington, UK many years ago. We did original stuff under RXN and a cover set as Roxanne. He was, indeed, a bloody good drummer.

Years later I heard Ejector Seat Reservation on Uni radio. Loved it. Tracked down the CD and, lo, saw Jez's name there.

Will watch that tonight. EDIT. Just saw the date. Bugger....

Mr Hindmarsh. Raise, their debut, is their greatest work IMHO, but Jez came in for the second album Mezcal Head after original drummer went to get a sandwich on tour in the US and never came back.

Jez was tight, but I never forgave him for putting a Manchester type beat into Sandblasted when I saw them live in Dunedin in 98. Couldn’t stand ESR much and 4th album 99th Dream was even worse. Some recent stuff after they reformed was ok.
