Slightly weird selection. Assassin and Perfectly Lonely are two of his less inspiring songs, at least for me. Love the other two solos though, might have to learn them! Although my Strat is currently hiding somewhere in Whangarei Hospital...

I love Assassin, the tone on the solo is so good, and it always seemed like good theme music for a movie! I believe much of Battle Studies is about him and Jennifer Aniston's relationship,,,

So after a bit of research the difference between the ts-9 and ts-10 tone is a single 220ohm resistor, there are other changes to the buffer with the 10, but that only effects the bypassed signal…. Incoming TS-9!

They sound similar to me on the phone, both pickups switches in the middle position. I'll check it out on the hifi amp later.
