Performance today was a success!! WIth the amp blown, I had to use a backup! ahh how inconvenient!

I just remembered just now, setting up is the most fun thing ever yet can be annoying at the same time.. see what i mean! check it out! Photos were taken from my facebook. Can't be bothered searching for the actual image! i have 1tb of photos lol - Had to build another pedalboard - different amp different setup. with this its got a nice gain so I have no use for the satchurator, bm and md-2. sd-1 suited the amp the best and an equalizer.

Thanks Guys!

Sorry for the crap photo coming up! taken from phone haha

Here's the signed Satchurator as promised!
Image

I figured, since there's 2 different pedal boards, The solo board (the one with satchurator) and the concert board (the other one before this photo) The solo board will be setup at home! they'll get rearranged maybe depends on the music im playing but don't really need the satchurator for contemporary music haha but we'll see! each song can have different variations anyway. The problem with Having quite a bit of instrument things is you can't really take them all out! haaha well you can but it'll be too crowded! rather preserve them and save them for the big gig! meanwhile they stay in the storage haha

Nice set-up, BTW. I'm jealous that you have horns in your band.

Haha I would say yes but sorry no  I haven't heard of NYC pedalboards although typing it up on the need, it does look similar but nah. you're right! it is different from the rest :) If you read the previous thread, I had to build another pedalboard from rejected pedals + the MXR pedals coz the amp I used there was blackstar since my peavey and jcm were broken. having an amp more expensive than my other amps (blackstar aint mine, it was provided for that day haha just like when the vox was provided for the asb gig (see the very first post)), I had to build another pedalboard, where using SD-1 to boost the gain on the black star, with a good gain:)

Here's more pic for you and see if its still from NYC lol This was from Rangi gig. had 2 gigs last week haha Te Pai Henderson and Rangi. the te pai gig was tiny as, haha its an opening performance for the beauty pageant talent night and the one I used during the opening was was my satchurator board coz the amp I used that night was a randall. The main concert will be on the 9th but not sure if the band is keen to play haha.

Image

haha never heard of six shot myself. I took these shot myself before the gig started :) I never bother taking photos of small gigs :S

Rangi:
Pedalboard is very simple and cheap haha:
Used Pedalboard - $20 off my mate
MXR 10band Mixer $250 new
SD-1 - Came with the 3 pedal deal i got for 170 (wah dd-3 and sd-1)
MXR Smart Gate - $240 new
MXR Carbon Copy - $299 new
Minimod chorus - $60 ish on trademe
Dunlop Wah - $50 on trademe
and the Blackstar Footswitch :)

The opening concert setup was:

Vox Wah
Badmonkey - Freeeeeeee
Satchurator (singed) - Freeeeee
Satchurator - $170 music planet
Md-2 - $25 from my mate eric
CH-1 - $80 from trademe
DD-3 - (came with the 3 pedal deal)

It's really just the basic build if you think of it badmonkey(boost) - Distortion (satch and md) - chorus - delay.

Sometime I do just use the G7 when recording. This pic was taken from the rock factory in new market:) and I got to use their JCM2000 <3

It was an arrangement for the night:)
