I like the Wolfie, like the neck but I still feel like I'm holding a 12 year old child's guitar. Doesn't stop me playing it tho...slash-ed wrote:Awesome cos everything Eddie does is awesome? Plus you could use it to eat seafood and stuff.
Suhr Classic Antique next on my list (as soon as someone buys some of my damn Strats!).

Are your strats listed? I can't afford them, just curious to see what you havenull_pointer wrote:I like the Wolfie, like the neck but I still feel like I'm holding a 12 year old child's guitar. Just two at the moment, a Trans red Japan aerodyne and a Big Apple USA I traded with Vintage for. Didn't dislodge the Peavey so recycled. Got one out with a friend on appro so that may come back up. TM links here:

Sorry further to above list there's a black Aerodyne also with Th bridge pup replaced with a Lace Sensor hot gold which might also get sacrificed to the GAS if a Suhr I'm eyeing returns my affectionsThewilltopowerrock wrote:Are your strats listed? That's stunning! You can put me in the "not a fan of the headstock, but don't really mind" camp. And it looks so awesome every other way, who really cares.

Re: No Suhrprise to anyone - but here it is!
well done ed, i'm sure it is an awesome player...
I personally don't like the headstock (mainly because it looks similar to what charvel did when they couldn't use the strat head anymore...hate that to). The main thing I don't like about suhrs is the body shape. The longer back-set bottom half isn't something that appeals to me (the broderick jackson is another example of it)

i still can't figure out the hype with Suhr - they're cool looking guitar's.
but end of the day - they're just REALLY REALLY overpriced for what you get (at RRP)
you can get the same quality for half the price from most other manufacturers.
That red quilted finish is sexy though.
