Yeah, I had a play on that one, such a cool looking guitar.

Re: Show Us Your Guitar
the neck joint on that one was pretty strange, just two screws and the pocket wasn't flat but rounded like the neck iirc.
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

Yeah one screw to hold the neck in place and the other one is to tilt the neck, sometimes people crank the tilt thinking it is to take the neck off and they end up screwing the neck.

WFH today, but mostly skiving off to play the Jazzmaster and mess with the new camera. Not much good with either.
Didn't notice it was quite so dusty.

There's a '62 AVRI on TradeMe. Seems a reasonable price if you can live with black and a bit of wear.

Re: Show Us Your Guitar
Why do AVRIs not wear Fender's CS guitars if they're theoretically the same nitro?Starfire wrote: ↑Fri Feb 25, 2022 4:18 pmThere's a '62 AVRI on TradeMe. Seems a reasonable price if you can live with black and a bit of wear.

Re: Show Us Your Guitar
Where do the AVRI lines sit in comparison to their others, somewhere in the middle? Often see them crop up but admit I don’t know a lot about them
