NAE: '77 JMP 2204
New Amp Evening
So got home with my 1977 Marshall master volume JMP 2204 at 9:00pm, hooked it up to a greenback quad & gave it a solid 1 hour test session. Never played a JMP before. Wow. Had the pre amp cranked, the master up over 3 & it was epic.....apparently over 4 on the master is where the magic really happens- will test that theory tomorrow.
Was born in 1977 myself so 'it was a sign'
Am very impressed with the amp.

I think part of today's rigorous testing will be hooking the Splawn & JMP up in stereo
