I have a general disdain of love songs.
You might call me an emotionally wizened, romantically disillusioned old fart and I probably wouldn't argue but, "Oooh Baby, Baby" or "You'd be a fool to stop this time, spread your wings and let me come inside."
It's just bloody embarrasing. And on top of that, "Are you old enough for love?" sung by a bunch of old men is really dodgy.
That said, and sorry for the double posting in one day, I reckon this is the love song done to perfection.
So what do you think?
Show us your examples of the really well crafted love song.

Love Songs
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

Re: Love Songs
I have always had a soft spot for this band. Not all love songs are soppy dribble.
