I agree that there are lots of idiots on Trademe. However I think It's fairly normal to be skeptical of a change like that because most people wont know about it. If the logo has really been changed and people are giving you shit over your genuine guitar you should explain the change in your auction atleast.

Some pics of the guitar would be good so we can all have a look at it.

With how many fake brandname guitars come out of China these days, you can't get too surprised when people are overly sensitive to this kind of thing.

Although the only fake Epi LP I'd heard of before now was the Zakk Bullseye model.

dude its really fair enough that people are skeptical, there are heaps of fake epiphones around- believe me I was unfortunate enough to buy one off trademe! So I wouldn't take people asking a lot of questions that personally.
