I have to say I wasn't exactly overwhelmed by the AT300 I played, but I still think the AT100 is cool

Like the Manson guitars that were made for Matt Bellamy from Muse, with the Kaoss pads in them, very cool!

I believe they do a 'production' version you can buy 8)
I agree. I love Matt B's "Mattocasters" i mean how many other guitarists are actually trying to break new territory with their sigs not just another guitar with a nice finish, name on the headstock and not necessarily even a good sound?

I think most guitarist just want a guitar to be a.....GUITAR........ as Rog would say they perfected the guitar in the late 50's, everything after that is just a bad imitation  But if this thread was ugliest "signature" guitar then those are hands down the winner right there :!:

The Govan Suhr sig. is awesome, as is the scott henderson 8)

Otherwise:
Ibanez Universe (early 90s with the green pickups and inlay)
Fender Clapton strat (awesome neck)
Eric Johnson strat

Caparison Chris Amott

Are the Kerry King gats any good? Always thought they looked the part -- although King uses BC Rich, and the rest of Slayer use ESP (Hanneman and Araya).
Before Kerry King was with BC Rich he had an ESP signature model. Flying V (symmetrical but pointy) with a reverse hockey stick/banana headstock and a Kahler trem. Not something you see everyday

It's got to be the most popular signature guitar of all time.

Not big on signatures really, I can't think of many I like.

The Tom Delonge Fender Strat is kinda cool, and Jeff Loomis' Schecter I guess

Its not really a signature gat, more of a one-off custom, but Chris Broderick's Ibanez lights some fires.

Paul Gilbert's PGM 301 is similarly delightful.

Was it a black one?

I bid on a black one a couple of years ago, but the price got a bit rich for me.
