They also can't make up their mind if it's called San Dimas or "Dan Dimas". What's a 'Dinky' guitar anyway ? Name doesnt sound very metal...

Dinky is 3/4 size compared to either Strat or Soloist body size, I can't remember. Probably Strat.

it'll be a cool guitar, so don't see how it is wasted money......if it floats your boat then its all good....I lusted after a white jackson w/black pickguard and maple fretboard for years around 1988 :D never did get one :lol:

Yeah definitely not wasted money especially as, now that Fender own Jackson, they get a proper Strat-shaped headstock... although for some unknown reason I'd prefer it if it had Charvel written on the headstock instead.
