But joking aside, I've only seen one other pic of this model and that was unidentified as well. Looks a bit like the Studio (ST) model from that era?

That is quite cool eh?
There were definite phases when ibanez guitars have been tastefully done and that's one of them IMO.

I had a CN 100 from this era - excellent guitar - good pickups - I reckon this model could be ok

Looks like a well made guitar. Ibaneze make great instruments.
Difference is an accident of birth and it should therefore never be the source of hatred or conflict
