NGD. Les Paul DC Special
Many would have seen this when Opsguy was trying to sell it on here about a month ago. Fortunately (For me, but not for other people who wanted it....) I was the lucky one to get it. I played it at home for a week before I sent it off to Keith MacMillan in Hamilton to re-laquer the headstock for me. It sounds as great as it looks and Mr Mac re-set it up for me and my .11's. Firstly thanks to Phil for being a great fella, and secondly a shout-out to Keith for doing an awesome job on the headstock/setup.
I've posted a photo of what the headstock looked like before Mr Mac's magic too.

That's a great sounding guitar that one. Now it looks right too!

But if the lacquer's not falling off the headstock, how do you know it's a real Gibson?
I'll get my coat.
