What about Yamaha Pacifica? They get big wraps.

Nobody's picking up here at the moment. If you get it, PM me. I can do it if they ever let us out.Reg18 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 26, 2021 6:55 pm Anyone close to Takapuna North Shore?

Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

I purchased a couple of Vintage V6 strats for my students to use and despite the Wilkinson hardware etc they are pretty bad.
In a nutshell neither of them plays very well and if i could do it over I would have "past participle of get" Yamaha Pacificas or CS Vibes strats.

There's a pro tone squier Strat on trademe. I've had one and it was a great guitar

Re: Cheap Strat opinions? Vintage V6 vs Squire
Bit of an update, one day last week (after a stupidity stressful 3 weeks after lockdown) I was in Music Planet
Trying out there cheap Strats to see what you can get for $299 new, long story short I walked out with a Stagg p90 Tele for around $260 and I love it! It’s not a Strat, it’s not even an excellent guitar but it made the last 3 weeks seem a little more worth it in the moment. Strat will have to wait for now.

$200 off CV strats at music machine seems like a bloody good discount.
Their site seems to be loading ridiculously slowly.

I was going to pitch in and say +1 for Godin, but you look sorted.

Using a mates Japanese Squier at the moment.
Lovely feeling guitar.
Plays well and the electronics on it are wonderful - been upgraded.
But it's the feel....

I know I've missed the boat for Reg's lockdown guitar, but this looks like it could be very cheap for a MIM strat. $500 starting bid, $800 buy now.
