How its feels and plays in your hands is the measure of a good guitar regardless, strat, superstrat etc.
This was meant to be a cheap player that I didn't expect much from. Even less because of the painted neck (not my thing) . But it feels great in my hands.... so its good afaic.

Thin neck, sharkfin inlays, high output humbuckers, black everything

Apart from the inlays, I own this guitar.
The older I get, the more disappointed in myself I become.

Poly so thick it'd withstand a nuclear blast. Seven-way switch that is never moved out of the bridge humbucker position.

Some people resolved this issue... why pay for a neck pickup and selector switch that never got used? Or a tone knob, for that matter.

Re: Budget NGD: Kramer Baretta FR404S
Sorry but without a Floyd its basically a crippled superstrat.
Pointy headstock, Floyd, Humbuckers, Decent neck joint rather than the blocky horrible thing strats have. Everything else doesn't matter.

So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

That's a super strat for me. Without the floyd it's just a fat strat
