Hurdy Gurdy.... some how... and I'm not entirely certain how mind you, an instrument that sounds like someone has shoved a nest of angry hornets into a goose with a kazoo bill and is randomly slapping the poor creature with an accordion.... Sounds amazing.

Oh okay. Well there wasn't when I was there, which was the first and only time which explains me not knowing that there is a drumkit somewhere there. Wow that was a long sentence.angry_young_poet wrote:don't they have a drumkit at eclipse?

If there's a drummer I'd be keen. As the only bass player last time, there wasn't a lot that I found interesting, gearwise. I'll bring my amp next time too, I'd hoped Eclipse would have had a DI box or something.angry_young_poet wrote:don't they have a drumkit at eclipse?

It was fun meeting so many of you guys though.

The drumkit wasn't there last time, but the two previous times it was setup in the second room. Heck they even supplied a drummer for a bit at the September geafest !

When I book it, I'll ask if the drummer can be there again- he was choice.
The next month is starting to look pretty full-on for me so maybe early May would be better.

Really? We will have to do something about that...Vince wrote:As the only bass player last time, there wasn't a lot that I found interesting, gearwise.
I think it would be awesome to have a drumkit there.
