Well, if you don't understand it, there's not much point explaining it I guess.
My word, you'd be a terrible teacher.

Yes, yes, I get it, it's the same old thing, WCC are useless with coin, all the others apparently aren't. I was talking geographically; it's odd to have so many cities so close all this time and not be under the same governance.

Anyway, trust us to derail a gearfest thread of another city into whinging about Wellington dumbasses.

LOL yeah! But I dunno... When you go south of Petone, it just feels different. I really don't feel like were really really actually part of Wellington. And it feels like Wellington has always made damned sure that we feel that way, too.

So, like most people outside Wellington, I will say "no fucking way" to amalgamation. YMMV.

I'm about 40km outside of Christchurch and it will take me 35mins to get to the Gearfest (which is a 5 min walk from where I work during the week so no hardship there). From home would take me a little less to get to The Rock Shop. From either of these places it's within 15-20mins to anywhere else pretty much.

So reasonably spread out but as long as you dodge the absolute rush hours it's pretty quick to get around. I might head over the other side of the CBD from here over lunch hour to go buy some more used vinyl today...

One more sleep to go, oral sex will make your day, but like anal sex, this event will make your hole weak!

See you all soon, we're in the church this time:

-St Johns Church
-Cnr of Kingrove Street and Cotswold Ave in Bishopdale (head down Harewood Road toward airport, turn right at playground where there is a big grey elephant slide) That's Cotswold Ave ... then Kingrove is about 100m up on the left.

Gearfest is the 3 or 4 times a year I set foot in a Christian Church and I must say, and i'm pretty sure this is against the basic principles of the venue, I always leave coveting thy neighbours mule! A lot of fantastic tasty gear there today lads! I'm not going to shy away from the fact that i'm trying to figure out how to relieve Corey from that amazing 18 watter! Tonal heaven!
