+1 to
Tayda. They're in Thailand, so cheap Alpha pots... good prices and packages usually arrive within a week
I have used
RS Online (NZ) and
Element 14 (Aus) also, great selection and next day delivery (for free)
You could also try
Mouser NZ The site isn't as easy to use but you can track down anything at 'mouser.com' using the search function if you get the right part#
Futurlec have a good selection, but rubbish postage times

for enclosures, pots and switches I normally go mammoth or effectsconnection or pedal parts plus, and order one or two enclosures and parts for 3-6 pedals, freight from any of these usually only runs to $12 us. ( at the moment that's real cheap for us) the savings on the 3pdts alone VS jaycar is worth it.
rs is fast for caps and resistors, and free freight ( i wasn't aware element was freight free, must look into that) just doublcheck you don't order SMD, Mouser is awesome and now list stuff in NZD but best for obscure stuff, or if you start wanting to use wanker resistors and caps and stuff (like me <insert appropriate emoteicon>
+1 for futrelec for Cheap stuff. i have never had problems getting stuff, some have, but I now like my resistors to match.
also if you are in Ak Hi-Q components on the shore are the local importer for Hammond, they will get you anything within 6 weeks, but stock the main stuff. prices are not off the planet either.
but that wasn't your original question......

RS Components are always excellent, although pricey. They're not known in the business as 'Ripoff Supplies' for nothing. Huge range though, and 10 mins away from where I live

Stumbled across this recently. Some good, easy to understand beginner (and not so beginner) info including how the circuits work and what the bits do. 4 simple pedal circuits + soldering and breadboarding how tos as well.
