I just use bog standard 3 inch door hinges, aluminium isn't hard to bend

Hard core when you go to 1.6mm carbon steel, did so as I could easily weld my f-ups - this is engineering if we ain't fucking things up we ain't doing anything. Could be my guitar playing too.

decided to see if I could squish it all in a hammond case that I allready have. Still havent got hold of decent piece of sheet stuff to give the bender a go.
