Leslie build...

Hey guys,
Looked cool, always wanted the real thing and impulse took over. Picking up a leslie speaker next week, obviously need to fit it into a cab but with regards to the electrics and actually getting the desires sound from it I'm a little lacking in knowledge. Should be a fun build though (here's hoping).
Anyone had any experience or have any good links to put menon the right path? Cheers!
