Never got around to changing it, it’s my 36 water (1974x x2).
Always sounded great but loud. Tmb channel and vol/tone channel. I got fuzziebro to work his magic in it hence the load of old stock parts. Going to remove the cobwebs and rebuild as an 18watter
You, Jimi and I will have to start our own thread.

What else is on my workbench I hear you ask? First new window frame made with the batch of window mouldings I spent $900 on the other weekend. Yay me. 1 down, 4 to go.

Fender Vibrolux that’s intermittently making horrific howling noises.

Extensive chopsticking found a bad connection from the bright channel mini-pcb to the main board.

Pain in the arse to fix cause you have to unscrew all the jack and pot nuts, disconnect the choke and transformer and lift the whole multi-pcb assembly up to resolder the main board wiring. :grump:

Little cab will get a 5f1ish amp. The little box with handle is an amp but I think I'll keep that for another project.

Now (finally) complete. A 5f1 with SS rectifier. Little original 8" is not particularly sensitive, so it isn't very loud. Nice a clean though.

Not an amp but still full of lethal electricity- my effing dishwasher conked out. Thought I’d have a crack at fixing it, since I have so much time to spare.

Looks like the wash motor burnt out, since it fills and drains fine but won’t spin the washy sprayer thingies. $155 for a new pump and fingers-crossed… she’ll be right again!
