Looking good Jean!! I made the mistake of making a thinline with double f-holes and pulled all the wiring in through the bottom f-hole. I used used 9mm pots and sized the middle bit of the opening just large enough to fit everything through. That was a test in patience.

I have done that too once and i actually, literally, needed another pair of hands to get it done. Took 2.5 hours that one did.

I like those, should check out YT to see how they do it... I bet it won't work for a miniature guitar

Well, after two days on and off soldering and pulling things through holes, it is finally there. I had everything tested 100% prior to pulling it all into place and fixing them pots and switches. Then plug into amp and phuckin' nothing. Put the Ohm meter on output and it reads zero ohms... Volume pot needed to come out again and observed that the wire to the output was under tension and touching the centre lug. It just needed to be moved to the other side of the pot and all was good. Sigh - the danger of using metal braided wiring...

The knobs are el cheapo ones for now and the bridge is also temporary. Both knobs and bridge will be made of puriri wood ultimately. A few shots for yous... Not sure if it needs a pickguard.

Ta, I think you will like the 'feel' of a puriri fretboard on your next guitar build

Soundwise, unplugged it is noticeably louder than an electric, which I quite like. This is the first time I have played something with TVJ Classics in them but I thought they sound really good on my Vox but strangely do not seem to get along with my Jansen 4/12 copy. The latter sounding somewhat 'dull'. I am hoping to hear it on a few more different amps at the gearfest. Will keep you posted :)

Love it!! That fretboard especially is outrageously hot!
