Just like single P90s, good tones here require specific settings. Now my fingers can see the positions without me having to peer over the enormous body.

Think I'm done.
Oh and the pickguard is goneburgers.

You'll need to be more specific than that.

But not sure whether it's worth holding out so I can save a bit more a get a higher spec'd model. Thoughts?

Same, it sure looks lovely! I prefer block inlays and gold hardware... don't know whether not having that would bother me or not

My T486 got here yesterday. Was surprised by how much gain I can throw at it before it gets out of control. Wondering how it'd handle higher output pickups, I have a spare BKP Ragnarok lol.
Amps:
Soldano SLO100 x2 | Wizard MC1 & MC2 | Diezel Herbert
Fryette Pittbull CL | Marshall 2203KK | Krank Rev 50 | Mesa Mark 2A

Rack stuff:
VHT/Fryette GP3, GP/DI & 2/90/2 | Peters FSM/Chimera
Verellen Meatsmoke | Synergy SYN1 | Mesa Studio

Much better than it would play in the box, I've always found that way harder to do!
