Their bass amps are apparently just big powerful simple oldschool sounding tone machines, and in 12 hours I will be trying one to see if it really does sound like that.

Please let me know of another reliable bass head fitting that description.

PS, I play guitar too and have two SG's, used to own a tele and was 5 for most of 1991.

But I have never liked The Wiggles.

Haha! I did indeed! But it was only a mexi fender, and in my defence it had two humbuckers

Bought new from the rockshop, I returned it two days later because the push fit parts kept falling out. Also because it was arse, I bought the tokai 335 that AYP has now with the credit.

Stangely enough, rockshop got really really pissed off when I wanted to return it, and I had to talk to the guy for TWO hours in order to convince him to allow me to return it. They never forgave me for it, it would seem..

Haha and no suprises, no significant purchases have been made at that chain since

Dammit, (blows nose noisely into tear soaked handkerchief, tearfully sobs and stamps foot petulantly) Peter Green (praise his name) wasn't "nu"-anything and HE (praise his name) used Orange amps some of the time, so lets stop using the "nu" word in conjunction with such a product, puh-leeeze (wipes eyes with snotty rag, blinks vigorously as a result)...
Tin arse!!
