Don't have one (or want one, soldering is too much fun at the moment), but just out of curiosity...

How often do you program in things through the front panel? Because that is a lot of buttons and knobs, and that is a tiny postage-stamp screen.

i do most of my programming through Axe Edit (on my PC) but i actually find using the front panel very intuitive and once you get the hang of it, really fast too! the screen is actually pretty big. Probably a tiny bit smaller than an iphone screen in landscape mode. plus its the biggest screen i have ever used on any rack unit so it all works really well tbh!

I'd love one. But they're so goddamn expensive. I think I'll get an Eleven rack instead.

Would love, one, would probably just use it for recording as I'm happy with my live setup, but I just love digital for recording stuff atm for the possibilities you can get going

I hear ya! They def aint pocket change but really if u think about everything u r getting in one box, they r actually incredibly cheap! A guy posted this example on the FAS forum recently....

"I just had too much time this sunday afternoon, so I compared my virtual board with a real one

this is my virtual board:

this is an equivalent of the real one:

guess what. above (axe-fx II + MFC101) is $2950. I admit a lot of money.

but the real one costs $3780, go figure!

and that's without the AMP & CAB, only the FX."
