Jim is "the" man when it comes to customer service too.
Eminence don't show on his site - you must ask him about them (export restrictions?). Anyways, as said, all the hassle of overseas purchasing is worth it...the Eminences are very good (vs. Celestion).
Of course, http://www.tedweber.com can help you too - and custom build you stuff easily for $280 - he does a Greenback style speaker. I got a Silver Bell from him (ceramic) and it does rock...big sound but articulate and not "stiff" like Greens can be...
