I'm a big fan of my Ashton 4x12, it's got four celestions in there, and one can coax soime seriously nice sounds out of there.
I think I've got a tone clip of it somewhere if anyone is interested.

Sorry to revive an old thread...
But I just bought one of these on trademe for $525, I went round today and had a quick play and fell in love with it straight away.
Perfect brand new condition, the seller had been using it for a harmonica amp since last year - when he bought it brand new. And he knew his stuff about caring for tubes - PERFECT condition!
I go pick it up tomorrow and am pretty stoked.
Thought I'd post because there really isnt much at all about these on the http://WWW...
Cheers!

Hey I'm just wondering... The site speaks of a foot switch but I cant find anything to do with them online (Discontinued?)
Anyway, there are 2 inputs on the back for the footswitch which apparantly has 4 buttons.
One input is Reverb/crunch, the other is Channel/filth...
I want to get a footswitch to control these but I'm not too sure how it would work.
Could I buy 2 random twin-switches and plug each into the inputs? Would any footswitches work?
What kind do you think I would need?

You have to actually walk into or call an ashton dealer to find the proper switch. In your case that would be Sedley Wells or CJ's.
PS: The one you need is the FSW400.
